Cristian Boffa Barolo “Capalot” 2020 – Piedmont, Nebbiolo

This Barolo ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 16-18 days, using selected yeasts, and is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 20-22 months.
A Barolo with a great structure and significant tannins, it is recommended for long cellaring.
