Cristian Boffa Langhe Nebbiolo D.O.C 2022 – Piedmont, Nebbiolo

This Nebbiolo ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 15 days, using selected yeasts, and is aged in stainless steel and cement, with 20% in large oak barrels. A very elegant Nebbiolo on the nose, with notes of geranium and violet, and good tannins on the palate.
Approximately 1,150 bottles are produced.
