A beautifully poised Premier Cru Pinot Noir from the historic “Vignes Rondes” vineyard in Monthélie. Sourced from limestone-rich soils and farmed under organic principles, the wine is aged for 18 months (12 months in French oak followed by 6 months in tank) without filtration to preserve its purity and character. Elegant and expressive, it reveals vibrant red cherry and wild raspberry, delicate floral notes, subtle spice and finely structured tannins, finishing with impressive freshness and length.

Ned Notes: A wonderfully composed and finely detailed Pinot Noir, offering layers of bright red fruits, crushed rose petals and gentle savoury spice. Silky yet energetic, the wine balances purity with structure, making it approachable in its youth while possessing the pedigree to reward 5–8 years in the cellar.
