Ned Notes: when I first tasted the Domaine Dujardin Les Trois Climats , Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne, held in Beaune,  I swooned! This is what Burgundy is about: purity of fragrance, beguiling layers of complexity and lissome, svelte tannins. With this in mind, the Dujardin style IS textbook and the definition of beauty, gracefully defying bolster wines born of climate change. Fear not, beautifully perfumed Burgundy lives on!
